Who is responsible for your data
Liliana García Flores, operating under the trade name ACORDE and based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect
When you fill out the contact form or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your organization’s name (optional)
- Email address or phone number
- What you share about your organization and what you need
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don’t include it in your message; if something delicate needs discussing, we’ll do it in a direct conversation.
What we use your data for
We use your data only to:
- Reply to your message and give you the information you asked for
- Schedule a conversation or prepare a work proposal
- Follow up on any services we agree on
We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. To operate, we rely on providers who process it on our behalf: the server that hosts this site and processes the form, our email service, and WhatsApp. We would only hand your data to an authority if a law or court order requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request or provide the agreed service, and afterwards only as long as applicable legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete it sooner by exercising your rights.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or cancel your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to liligarciaflores@gmail.com with your name, the right you want to exercise, and a way to reach you. We will reply within 20 business days at most.
If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may turn to the competent data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies or advertising pixels. To know how many people visit it we use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own server that uses no cookies and does not identify people. Fonts are also served from this site, with no third-party connections.
Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice. Any change will be published on this page with its date.
